Wraith Ltd is an independent RICS Chartered Building Surveying practice located in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire and Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

We specialise in roof project and consultancy services and have experience in a wide range of works including Listed Buildings, School & Academy Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) projects, overlays & refurbishments and new builds with green and blue roof systems. We are licenced drone operators and provide intrusive and non-intrusive surveys to produce detailed reports and scoping documents.

We also work with a range of manufacturers and network of our approved contractors across the region, who we trust to provide the highest standard of workmanship for our specifications.

We also provide core Building Surveying and Project Management services to property developers, commercial clients and home owners.
